Shipping rates and delivery times

The same rates apply to the UK, US, EU, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the rest of the world. Prices are set in euros and shown in your local currency at checkout. Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched.
Order processing
Everyday Collection: orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Custom and personalised pieces: these are made to order. Allow 3-7 business days for production before dispatch, then add the delivery time above. Custom pieces cannot be changed once production has started.
If order volumes are high, processing may take longer. We will email you if that happens.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide except Ukraine, Russia, Iran and North Korea. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in Europe, the US and Asia; the closest suitable warehouse is chosen automatically.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes can apply depending on your country.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Track it on our order tracking page. If you have not received it within 5 days of ordering, email support@salt-lily.com.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at support@salt-lily.com with photos where relevant, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
