Origin Of Shipment
We currently have 3 warehouses, one in the US, one in Germany, and one in Asia. The specific warehouse for delivery is determined by the system. If relevant EU taxes are involved, our company will pay for this part of the fee.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment.

We offer WORLWIDE standard shipping.

Standard shipping is 10$ for the USA and the rest of the world.

Shipping USA: orders will deliver within 5-11 days
Shipping EU: orders will deliver within 5-11 days
Shipping Rest of World: orders will deliver within 5-11 days

Priority Shipping is priced at 15$ (included for free in for custom / personalised jewellery)

Logistics delivery time: 3-8 days.

At present, all countries in the world can be delivered except for:
Ukraine, Russia, Iran, North Korea

Custom Jewelry Production Times
Because all jewelry is handmade, the estimated production time for ordinary products is 1 to 3 days, and the estimated production time for customized products is 3 to 7 days.
Special circumstances: If the order volume is large, the processing time may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you in time by email.


Standard Delivery 10$:

  • Express Delivery : Ships in 1 to 3 working days and Transit Time takes additional 3-12 working days depending on your location.
  • Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am - 6.30 pm.
  • Working days are: Monday to Friday (and don't include public holidays or weekends).
  • We do not ship the orders on weekends or holidays.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.

Our Guarantee

  • Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support.
  • All of our products are made to provide 100% satisfaction to each one of our clients. If you're not happy with what we delivered, you may return it for a full refund or replacement. 

Important Remarks

Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.

Replacements are also sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if damaged.

Tracking your order:

To track your order, please enter your tracking number after clicking the following link -> Track Your Order 

Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.

Please note that you must not enter your order number, or it will appear as an error automatically.
